**DELTA®‑DRAIN (by DELTA Membrane Systems) – This multi-layer geocomposite drainage board is designed for use in below-grade conditions, relieving hydrostatic pressure and channeling groundwater away from the structure. The high-density polyethylene core, fused with a geotextile filtration layer, ensures excellent drainage, high compressive strength and long-term reliability.
Soleno® Weeping Tiles & Draining Pipes
4″ weeping-tile drains with non-woven polypropylene wrap are used to control subsurface groundwater and reduce hydrostatic load on foundation walls.
Simpson Strong-Tie® Screws & Nails
While not a waterproofing membrane, these high-performance fasteners are integral in maintaining structural integrity of framed walls, subfloors and basement framing. Their use illustrates our commitment to not just waterproofing membranes but also the structural systems that support them.
Liquid Rubber® PRO Tough Series
A water-based elastomeric coating that cures into a durable waterproof membrane. It is highly flexible (reported >600 % elongation), free of harmful solvents, suited for basement walls, ICF, footings, and ideal when environmentally responsible solutions are required.
Aqua-Bloc®
A heavy-duty cold-applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It creates a seamless rubber-like barrier, adheres to various substrates (concrete, masonry, metal), is low-VOC, and accommodates thermal and structural movement.
